Below are the complaints and disputes procedure as we have recorded it in our terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 14 – Complaints<\/p>\n

1. The entrepreneur has a well-publicized complaints and deals with complaints under this procedure .<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES<\/p>\n
