This means that after receipt of the purchased product you have the right to exchange or return it without giving any reason within 14 days. You can also use the model withdrawal form which can be found as an attachment under the terms and conditions.
Exchanging a product than to the price of the new product will be deducted from the amount paid. Any remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days to your account.
When you return a product, we will upon receipt of the original product refund the amount paid within 14 days to your account.
Returns must be complete with invoice and in the original packaging – if reasonably possible – to be returned. The costs and risks for the return shipment are for the customer. We advise you to send the shipment insured.
